About PatchIQ

Most small and mid-sized organizations are already paying for Microsoft 365 Business Premium — which means they already own Microsoft Defender and Intune. Almost none of them are using what they're paying for.

There's no dedicated IT person to configure it, no security team to watch it, and the MSPs who could help either don't offer this kind of ongoing vulnerability and patch management or price it for enterprise budgets these organizations don't have. PatchIQ exists to close that gap.

Our Story

Our team is led by a security practitioner with nearly a decade of hands-on Microsoft 365 and Azure administration experience — building and running the full identity, device, and compliance stack (conditional access, device compliance policies, Intune, Purview, SharePoint) for a real organization that grew from 63 to 124 employees.

Real Results

In that role, we took an organization's Microsoft Secure Score from 50% to 84% and its Exposure Management score from 80% down to 34%, entirely through hands-on remediation — validated first on a single test machine, then a pilot group, then the full organization, so real users never felt the change.

We built PatchIQ because that same work — the CVE-by-CVE, device-by-device grind of actually closing security gaps — shouldn't require a dedicated headcount most small organizations can't justify. It should be a dashboard, not a full-time job.

We're a young company, and we like it that way: no enterprise sales cycle, no quote-gated pricing, no "contact us" games — just transparent, published, per-device pricing, and every account gets the same MFA, SSO, and Passkey support other vendors reserve for their most expensive tier.
